Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable encouraged attendees to challenge conventional thinking and embrace the discomfort that often accompanies growth, change and effective leadership. Through engaging discussion and practical, evidence-based strategies, participants explored how stepping outside their comfort zones can strengthen decision-making, build resilience and develop the confidence needed to lead in today’s evolving business environment.
