The BCCQ Winter Ball is one of the most anticipated events in the British Chamber of Commerce Qatar calendar, bringing together senior business leaders, BCCQ members, partners, sponsors and distinguished guests for an exceptional evening of business networking, hospitality and celebration.

Held at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Doha, the Winter Ball provides a unique opportunity to connect with influential members of Qatar’s business community, entertain clients and colleagues, strengthen existing relationships and make new connections within the wider UK–Qatar business network.

What to expect

19:00–20:00 | Welcome Drinks Reception
Join fellow guests for a welcome drink’s reception with live music in the gardens of the hotel before taking your seats in the ballroom for dinner.

20:00 | Three-Course Seated Dinner
A formal three-course dinner served in the ballroom, with raffle, speeches and live entertainment throughout the evening.

Live Entertainment & DJ
The evening will continue with live entertainment before the DJ takes over for a late-night celebration, with the party continuing until 01:00.

Drinks
Free-flow beverages will be served until 23:00, followed by a cash bar until 01:00.
