BCCQ Ramadan Iftar 2026

The British Chamber of Commerce Qatar was delighted to welcome members, guests and friends of the British business community to our BCCQ Ramadan Iftar 2026, held at the beautiful Gymkhana, Katara Hills.

As one of the most important occasions in Qatar’s annual calendar, Ramadan provides a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and strengthen the relationships that underpin our business community. At BCCQ, we believe that understanding and embracing the traditions and culture of our host country is an important part of doing business in Qatar.

Set against the elegant surroundings of Katara Hills, guests enjoyed a beautifully curated five-course Iftar while reconnecting with colleagues, welcoming new members and building relationships with professionals from across the UK–Qatar business community. We were particularly pleased to welcome many members attending their very first BCCQ event, alongside long-standing supporters of the Chamber.

The evening was made especially memorable by the presence of the full BCCQ Board, led by Chairman Emad Turkman MBE, together with His Majesty’s Ambassador to the State of Qatar, HE Neerav Patel, who, as Honorary President of the British Chamber of Commerce Qatar, joined members in celebrating this important occasion.

Events such as our Ramadan Iftar are an important reminder that successful business relationships are built not only through meetings and networking events, but also through coming together to recognise and celebrate the occasions that are significant to the communities in which we live and work.
